Tracy Vezien:
Volunteers: Are needed to sort
and deliver the merchandise to the specific classrooms upon delivery to the
school.
We start the year off with
a bang with our gift-wrap sales. This is an easy way to get prepared for the
approaching holidays while helping your school. Each year we strive to sell
approximately $30,000 in products and usually succeed. The funds raised from the
sales are for the enrichment programs provided by the PTA.
Fall
Festival:
Friday October 22nd 2010
Chairpersons: Jayne Love-Arburn:
fallfestival@reedpta.com
Kam Gordon:
fallfestival@reedpta.com
Volunteers: Are needed to work in shifts at the various stations.
Fall Festival is a fun night for everyone.
Don't forget to invite your friends and family to purchase a pumpkin and enjoy
the haunted house, games, food, crafts, and drawings. The funds raised during Fall Festival
are for the enrichment programs provided by the PTA.
Scrip/eScrip:
On-going sales throughout the year
Chairpersons: Leigh Dewis: reedscrip@reedpta.com
Volunteers: Are needed to sell Scrip cards before and after school and
during some other events.
Scrip is gift cards
from merchants that you buy at cost. PTA buys them at a discount and the PTA
earns 1% to 20% from your purchase. Popular choices are Starbucks, Arco,
Safeway and Lunardi’s. You spend the same amount of money, but your child
directly benefits from the profit. Can fundraising get any easier?
eScrip
is where you register your debit/credit card or Safeway card with eScrip. A portion of your
sales at certain merchants goes to Reed. At last you get a real return for your
hard earned money!

Each month Reed families
dine at a different restaurant. Each family presents a Dinner-Night-Out
flyer and 10% to 20% of their tab is donated to the PTA by the restaurant. It is
the most delicious way to raise money for your child! Favorites are Armadillo
Willys, Giorgios, Sonoma Chicken Coop, Aqui's, Chevy's, and many more.

During the Holiday Season PTA asks you to help us sell See’s candy. We typically make about $3000 per fundraiser.
Crab
Feed and Silent Auction:
Winter/Spring
Chairperson: Tricia Prins: crabfeed@reedpta.com
Volunteers: Volunteers are needed for gathering silent auction donations, set-up & clean-up. Dinner servers are Pioneer
Softball player's earning community service hours.

This event is held off
campus and is geared as an adult function. There are bowls full of
delicious cracked crab to dunk in the sinfully tasty melted butter. If you
are not a sea-food fan, not to worry. There are always just as delicious
alternatives served, such as green and pasta salads, loafs of steaming sourdough
bread, and Italian sausages. The PTA provides water & soft drinks, but you
are more than welcome to bring your favorite beverage.
The fun doesn't stop with the eating & socializing. There is dancing and a
silent auction with all kinds of great gifts for others or just spoil yourself!
The money raised from this event are for the enrichment programs provided by the
PTA.
